Hydrating Pom-Chia Refresher
This cool drink will hydrate and refresh you. I like to sip on it throughout the afternoon as a natural pick-me-up instead of coffee or a sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled filtered or spring water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds, ground (I use a mini food processor or mini grinder to do a whole batch at once)
- 4 tablespoons 100% pomegranate juice (no sugars or sweeteners added)
- Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan pink sea salt
- Squeeze of fresh lime (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker or covered bottle and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass and top with a squeeze of lime.
- Sip on it throughout the morning or afternoon.
- Enjoy!
