You'll receive PDF digital copies of the program materials; these are not physical products. All pages are printer-friendly for you to print and can be downloaded or viewed on any digital device.
The recipes use whole, plant-based seasonal foods, the majority of which are available at any grocery store. You'll avoid processed foods, alcohol, sugar/artificial sweeteners, white starches (white flour, bread, etc). The recipes are gluten-free, or can easily be adapted to be gluten-free. There are no animal products in the recipes, so they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. There are nuts in some recipes, but these can easily be substituted.
